Children’s Camp 2017
What an incredible week we had at Cedarmore! Seventeen students and seven adult leaders attended the camp and it was a blast! Our children had the opportunity to participate in activities like gaga ball, bazooka ball, smash ball, basketball, climbing, zip lining, arts and crafts, minute-to-win it, Legos, and fishing.
The worship services rocked and James Jackson, camp pastor, was an incredible speaker with a great message. The children learned about Peter—his courage and his weaknesses. They also learned about forgiveness, the power of God’s Word, and the importance of sharing the gospel.
Our adult leaders were awesome! Watching them interact with our children was incredible to watch. We definitely have leaders that love our children. They took the time to get know the kids and had a whole lot of fun with them. Thank you to Amy Graves, Candy Beauman, Leslie Morris, Lee and Shannon Wiggington, and Chuck Redwine for giving your love and time to these kids.
I am excited to see how our children will apply what they have learned. Our children need to hear the gospel, learn the gospel, and understand the importance of sharing the gospel. I am excited to see how God is going to use these kids to further His kingdom. We had a great time at camp and thank you for all the prayers throughout camp.
