Joshua Owen

Children’s, Youth and Family Pastor

Joshua joined our church in January of 2026 as the Children’s, Youth and Family Pastor. Joshua is married to Leeann Owen they have two sons, Jeremiah and Daniel and have a daughter named Lilly. Joshua enjoys coaching sports and being outdoors. His favorite Bible verse is John 3:30.

Leisa Proctor
Church Secretary

Leisa lives in Winchester and has been a member of Central Baptist Church since January 2023. She was hired as church secretary in June of 2024. Leisa is married to Barry Proctor, and they have two sons, Chris and Matthew (Samantha) Proctor as well as two grandchildren. Leisa enjoys reading and some hand crafts like crochet in her spare time. Leisa also enjoys spending time with her family, friends and church family.

Cathy Toadvine
Financial Secretary

Cathy Toadvine is a lifelong resident of Paris and has been a member of Central Baptist Church for over 20 years.  She was hired as the church’s part-time financial secretary in April 2013. She is currently employed by Sterling Ventures in Lexington.  Cathy is married to Jim Toadvine and has two sons, Josh and Justin Bobbitt.  She loves to sew, read, spend time with family and friends, and enjoys, like most Baptists, good food!

Kristi Brown
Nursery Director

Kristi Brown has been a member of Central Baptist Church since 2010 and became the nursery director in 2011. She is married to Gerald and they have one daughter, Rylee. In her spare time, Kristi enjoys exercising, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
