In 2020, after an arduous process of reviews and demos of programs, we entered into an agreement with ChurchTrac.com for our database management.  With ChurchTrac.com we can place multiple processes—email/phone/text, worship planning, events calendar, and volunteer scheduling to name a few—under one umbrella. 

Additionally, and most importantly for you, this system includes an online member portal, Church Connect where you can update your profile information, check the church calendar’s upcoming events, and so much more.  Probably the most exciting is the ability to view a Directory List of contact information and view a photo directory of active participants in the life of the church.  As these are directly tied to the database, they are continually up-to-date unlike our most recent photo directory from several years ago!  NOTE: All may view the homepage and the upcoming events, but only those individuals who have authorized accounts may view the directory list and the photo directory.

So, take a moment and visit the Church Connect page and create “an account” by using your email address that we have in the database.  The church office will be asked to confirm your access to the information and then, you will be able confirm and/or correct your personal profile information.  As we move forward with the capabilities of the database, we will advise you of more ways in which you can interact with the database for greater efficiency in our processes. 

Lastly, bookmark Church Connect on your internet browser and/or the home screen of your smart phone as this site will serve as an invaluable tool for staying connected.
